TOMS NEW CHALLENGE

If I had thought quicker I could have taken a photo, in between laughing by the kitchen window!!! Stephen Parkinson who is staying with us this week decided to say hi to Tom!..Dun Dun Dunnnn. I did warn him but he seemed to have Tom under control..all up his arms and legs was green goo... I shouted to Pete to come and see what Tom was up to... and he said 'don't you think you should rescue him!' I thought 'better had'..so I ambled down there to see Stephen...but I think he was OK...either that or he was putting a brave face on it!...Toms getting quite a reputation and all he wants is a kiss!!!

GOATS GET A MOUNTAIN!

We spent all day making this mountain thing...the goats were getting so excited, they love it, mind you we wanted to use it first so we had to kick the goats off so we could have a cup of tea on the top level!!!..Now that's sad!... But after that we drilled some holes and collected some branches for them to eat. I think when we have time we will expand the mountain...they love it!

LUCKY OUT LOOKING FOR FRED!

Lucky came home in a right sate after I told her Fred was missing (father to may be babies of hers..not sure if pregnant yet though!). We searched high and low for him, you name it we went there...but no Fred...then last night I had a text to say Adam had from him locked in a barn somewhere.....So YIPPEEE Fred is home safe and sound!

SUNNY IS GETTING IN THE GROVE!

Sunny is finally realising that outside isn't such a scary place...and its where normal cats venture to!.. She manages to get off the path into the long grass today... a real achievement for Sunny!...Of course she did it slowly as this is the only speed she knows and I was not far away so she could see me at all times!..I have never known a cat like it. She has been rescued and goodness knows what they did to her...but shes coming on just fine now.

THIS IS GETTING SILLY NOW!!

Henrietta waits at the conservatory door every morning now to be let in for breakfast, it started off with a nibble of this and that... now she had cornflakes and toast and this morning Pete made her a cup of tea!... I am really worried that our normality is getting far too far removed from normal reality (not that I have ever been normal!)

BROTHER AND SISTER

Tom and Spring are so close, Tom a bit ropey and still has his winter foal hair so he is rug rat extraordinaire and Spring is new and fluffy and has a perfect shape to her... I guess its a bit like comparing me (Tom) to some supermodel (Spring)!!!! But they get on so well and they were cleaning each other today, Spring is so much more forward in everything compared to Tom at the same age. He still has problems and is still a nippy nightmare...but all he wants is cuddles, he's going to have to learn that picking up his feet is a happy occasion and me sitting on the floor does not invite him to have a piggy back!.. And that when I come to see him I do not want to be swung around when I hold onto his mane to deal with him!..Its a bit like dealing with a naughty child, in as much as, when you are cross with him will run away or just sit and torment you, but can just melt you with a hug!

SUNNY ...JUST CHILLIN'

Sunny is so funny anything faster than a snail is just out of the question really... She is very sociable though and sits permanently on my keyboard, drawings and work... so if there are spelling errors or any errors its her ok!....Someone said she was fat..but we prefer to call her..well covered in fluff with a hint of double chin and spare tyres are always handy!
